This week in class, we will:
learn the x1 and x10 facts; take the +7 and +8 fact test and the written test
for Lesson 45; read thermometers to the nearest degree and talk about other
temperature facts; and use comparison symbols. Later this week, I will send home copies
for your records of the tests we take.

In reading this week, we
will complete Lessons 62-66 in Horizons.
In spelling, we will practice: making contractions and using them in
sentences. The children will also complete
a handwriting activity. There’s no homework tonight. |
